CLIENT FACING RESISTING AN OFFICER AND CRIMINAL MISCHIEF CHARGES GETS HER CASE DISMISSED

Erick Cruz obtained the dismissal of resisting arrest and criminal mischief charges against his client after pushing the case to the brink of trial.  The client was arrested after an Uber driver claimed she was out of control inside his car.  When the officers arrived they arrested her without determining what was happening.  The client was charged with criminal mischief and resisting an officer and taken to jail.
